Alter Bridge

I have almost zero knowledge of metal music. It's not something I have been interested in or explored before, so I don't know how this album stacks up, or even what makes a good metal album. That being said, to me this album is just fine. The vocal performances have that stereotypical metal twang that I have heard before, the instrumentals are what shines through here I feel, very fast, intricate, energetic. It kinda all blurs together though, and a lot of the songs sound pretty samey.
