I was so excited for this album, every single she had released was incredible, and I was a small bit worried that the rest of the album wouldn't be up to the same standard, but I was thankfully wrong. One thing I will say, this album has some of the best bridges I've ever heard, especially on When A Good Man Cries, EURO-COUNTRY and Running/Planning. Running/Planning is also easily her best song, and very easily my favourite song of this year. The way it builds and swells until it's just a wall of pulsing instrumentation and incredible vocals is unmatched. The vocals throughout this album are stellar. The song-writing is as clever as it is layered (Coronation St. and Lord, Let That Tesla Crash are both gut-wrenching), and reveals more with each listen. This is my 2025 album of the year hands down.
