When I first saw that this album was only going to have 10 songs, I was a bit disappointed. A 3 year wait since Happier Than Ever for only 10 songs seemed a bit lacklustre. But 10 is all she needed. Every song on this hits the spot, much more interesting instrumentals than HTE, which is saying something. Funky, synthy, pulsing beats that complement her vocals brilliantly. If she killed the whisper singer meme with her last album, she buried it 6 feet deep with this one. Every song shows off her vocals well, especially THE GREATEST. Incredible album, worth the wait.
