Clearly on this album they were trying new things. No two songs sound the same for sure, their initial trilogy had concluded and they wanted to evolve. It definitely shows. In general it pays off, it's an enjoyable album. My main criticism is that the length of some of these tracks are unwarranted. 6/7 minutes long, for what? They don't change up much, there's not much development to them beyond where they should have ended. It just hurts more than it helps.
