Forever Howlong is BCNR's first album after the departure of their lead singer, Isaac Wood, and they have returned at the top of their game. Their meandering instrumentals are as precise and purposeful as ever. They continue to bring their signature style lyrically too. My one note is that although the three band members who shared the role of lead vocalist here did a brilliant job, I felt more emotion from Wood's past performances, I could feel him being emotionally strained in a way that isn't as fully present here.
